Perched on the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida, Naples FL is well known for its high-end lifestyle with incredible properties, great shopping, world-class culture and sophisticated dining, but it can also be an affordable family destination that appeals to nature lovers and beach aficionados. For many former visitors, Naples has become their home, just like myself. Properties are for sale constantly, houses and condos are for sale at prices, we only dreamed of a few years ago. No wonder, Naples is such a desired location for Americans and Non-Americans. The iconic Naples Pier draws plenty of folks more interested in the views than catching dinner, but if you want to wet a line, it's free, since the city provides a blanket fishing license for all anglers. At Vanderbilt Beach, take off your sandals and splash in the gentle waves. Visitors and residents flock to Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park's mile-long stretch of sugar-white sand. Picnic tables, a playground and restrooms make Lowdermilk Park popular with families. Naples beaches were just named among the nation's best in TripAdvisor's 2011 Travelers Choice Awards. Beyond the beaches, families will find more than enough fun to fill their days. The new Golisano Children's Museum of Naples is a must-see, as is the Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens, with its popular giraffes, black bears and boat rides to view primates living cage-free on islands in the zoo's Lake Victoria. Cool off at Sun-n-Fun Lagoon water park with five waterslides, water fountains and a lazy river.

Why work with a Realtor to buy a home? For most or us, buying a property is the  largest investment we’ll ever make. At the same time, real estate transactions have  become quite complex, with ever changing laws, rules and procedures. Special thanks to our Orlando partners at StrategyBeam for helping us update our site with their amazing Orlando copywriting services! We  will save you a lot of time by finding the best home for you, instead of you wasting  your time looking at homes that don’t fit your wish list. We can also help you find  lenders, home inspectors and many other services. By the way, it’s the Seller who  pays our commission, not you, the Buyer. So, let’s get started!
